Investment in the bus system under Transport 21 is focussed on enhancing capacity, with a target of expanding capacity by 60%. To meet this ambitious target a range of initiatives are planned under Transport 21 including enhanced bus priority measures; traffic management schemes and investment in the bus system to enhance services.
