The following developments took place in September:


METRO

On 12 September 2008 the RPA published a Statutory Notice of its intention to apply to An Bord Pleanála for a Railway Order in respect of the Metro North project. The Agency submitted that application to An Bord Pleanála on 18 September 2008. A copy of the draft Railway Order and each of the documents which accompanied the application are on public display for the statutory six-week period which expires on 29 October 2008. All of these documents are on display at the Railway Procurement Agency (Parkgate St), An Bord Pleanála (Marlborough St), Dublin City Council (Wood Quay), Fingal County Council (Swords) and Ballymun Regeneration Ltd (Ballymun Rd). The documents may also be viewed at http://www.dublinmetronorth.ie/.
